Description
Due to significant growth, our client, a well respected high volume - low cost manufacturer and leader in the aviation lighting industry, is seeking to hire a SALES MANAGER for their NE region.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Generate sales that meet or exceed the sales goals.
* Develop sales forecasts for short and long range planning.
* Set regional goals for sales, new accounts and profitability.
* Ensure customer requirements are satisfied.
* Work with marketing and engineering to make recommendations on current products, improvements and new product development.
* Frequent client visitation and trade show attendance is necessary for success in this position.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
* BS or BA degree.
* At least 5 years of professional Sales Management experience.
* Superior presentation and follow-through skills.
* Strong customer service orientation.
* Experience in the lighting industry, or aviation industry, is a strong plus.
