Currently we are seeking World Leaders in our Massapequa, NY  Toys R Us location. Our World Leaders interact and sell product to our guests; train associates on product knowledge, selling skills, merchandising standards and guest services; and provide leadership to a team of associates to meet sales and profit objectives.
In addition to having 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a specialty chain; discount department, home center or other mass-merchandising store, successful candidates will have a passion for selling and for providing exceptional customer service; as well as, possess strong leadership, communication, training and organizational skills. Professional references are required.
